Commercial Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Bluebolt Recruitment. As a Commercial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and increasing sales by identifying key customers and key applications based on our technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Present commercial and technical sales arguments to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
- Take ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to successful sale and ongoing relationship management with customers.
- Provide market insights and trends to Product Managers and Sales Manager, informing business decisions and strategy.
- Report sales activities and prepare quarterly sales forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely data.
- Collaborate with support and service staff to deliver exceptional after-sales experiences for all users.
Requirements:
- Degree in a scientific or engineering subject or equivalent experience.
- Post-degree experience in scientific instrumentation or a related field.
- Proven sales experience or a well-developed understanding of commercial environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strategic sales processes for managing complex sales.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
