Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Bluebolt Recruitment. As a Commercial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and increasing sales by identifying key customers and key applications based on our technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  2. Present commercial and technical sales arguments to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  3. Take ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to successful sale and ongoing relationship management with customers.
  4. Provide market insights and trends to Product Managers and Sales Manager, informing business decisions and strategy.
  5. Report sales activities and prepare quarterly sales forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  6. Collaborate with support and service staff to deliver exceptional after-sales experiences for all users.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in a scientific or engineering subject or equivalent experience.
  2. Post-degree experience in scientific instrumentation or a related field.
  3. Proven sales experience or a well-developed understanding of commercial environments.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and strategic sales processes for managing complex sales.
  5. Excellent IT skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
