A prominent international provider in the building services sector is seeking a seasoned Lead Cost Estimator to oversee various contracts and projects across the organization.
This position is ideal for a skilled Lead Cost Estimator with a background in Facilities Management, looking to join a reputable service provider that offers opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing Manager to source specialized subcontractors, ensuring adherence to client specifications and maintaining competitive pricing.
- Prepare material take-offs and engage with subcontractors and suppliers to accurately assess the requirements of tenders.
- Evaluate and verify supplier and subcontractor quotations for compliance.
- Establish and nurture working relationships with design consultants, main contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication.
- Conduct site visits and surveys as necessary.
Work Schedule: Hybrid Working - Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
Benefits:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Estimator in Hard Facilities Management services, particularly within an M&E Contractor environment.
- Demonstrated strong estimating capabilities with a successful track record in the construction and/or facilities management sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of the commercial tendering process and associated procedures.
