At Tom Ford, we're seeking a skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Edinburgh Airport. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Service: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while providing personalized service to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrance products and be able to communicate this effectively to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high-performing retail environment and achieve business objectives.
  • Administration: Accurately complete administrative tasks, including sales reporting and other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty, is desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
