HR Systems Administrator

LAW CHOICE RECRUITMENT is seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join their team. As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the HR system, Cascade, and providing support to the HR operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the HR system, Cascade, to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
  • Work closely with the HR operations team to deliver projects and ensure the wider HR team has access to accurate data
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff on the use of the HR system

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR systems administration
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
