About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sandwich Artist to join our team at Subway. As a Sandwich Artist, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches to our guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve sandwiches, salads, and other menu items to guests
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Operate the cash register, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit card payments
  • Monitor stock levels, receiving and storing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow security and safety procedures, reporting any incidents or concerns to management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
