The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our food and beverage team at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.
Key responsibilities include setting up the restaurant and bar for service, maintaining high standards of presentation, and engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere. You will also be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, using upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver top-notch service.
