We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Amazon Data Services UK Limited - E17 team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Data Center Planning team, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate large-scale meeting logistics across global time zones.
- Consolidate and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Engage with external contacts and stakeholders to support AWS deliverables and projects, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Coordinate international travel, create itineraries, and process expense reports, ensuring seamless execution.
- Administer tracking files, prepare documents, and review materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with department leaders, including Finance, Safety, HR, and Recruitment, to drive business objectives and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a strong team culture, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Provide administrative support for team-sponsored events, meetings, and activities, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
The AWS Data Center Planning & Delivery team is responsible for determining data center capacity that meets our customers' needs in Cloud Computing around the world. We ensure on-time delivery of all capacity for data centers while maximizing cost efficiency.
Requirements- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong background in calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications, with experience in process improvement and efficiency design.
