About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Taylor Rose as a Legal Administrative Support Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portal Tasks:
    • Conduct ID checks and AML checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Verify data integrity and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
    • Process live status file openings and address any issues related to file opening.
  • Client Portal Helpdesk:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls and online chats from clients.
    • Work closely with IT and external suppliers to resolve technical issues with the client portal system.
    • Liaise with fee earners and branch support staff to address matter-related enquiries.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform general administrative tasks, including client greeting and outgoing post.
    • Manage the Centralised Mattersphere System Database and create Associate contacts in Mattersphere.
    • Process branch office requests for data changes.
  • Reprographics Function:
    • Produce bundles, index services, and binding services.
    • Provide large print volume facilities and specialist print and copy services.
    • Digitize documents and create CDs/DVDs for file storage.
    • Upload files securely using USB drives.

  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to change.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Ability to travel to other offices to provide support when required.
