Job Title: Senior Monitoring Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Monitoring Manager to join our team at Sony Interactive Entertainment. As a key member of our Future Technologies Group, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of machine learning engineers and researchers focused on 2D rendering and game streaming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver high-quality projects and drive innovation.
  • Manage project timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Align the team's work with the overall strategic objectives of the Future Technologies Group.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical expertise in machine learning, computer vision, video streaming, and game engine rendering.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects in these areas.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with experience in fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
