**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exams and Assessment Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate pupil tracking of key assessment data, supporting the Examinations and Assessment Officer in ensuring the smooth operation of examinations and assessments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the management of all examinations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of results and data.
  • Provide administrative support to students, including data management and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the Business Services team to provide data management and administration support.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pupil assessment data.
  • Support the Examinations and Assessment Officer in maintaining accurate pupil tracking of key assessment data.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience of SIMS or similar software would be an advantage.
