About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare and Access Partner to join our UK & Ireland Rheumatology team, covering the South West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing sales, marketing, and market access strategies to maintain and expand our sales for UCB's immunology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement territory commercial and market access strategies for immunology brands through excellence in account management.
  • Create a positive environment for UCB's products through the implementation of business plans in the defined time frame.
  • Identify opportunities to drive patient value in key accounts, new projects, or added-value services that would grow the market or secure commitment to UCB products.
Requirements
  • Pharmaceutical or NHS management experience.
  • ABPI examination qualification.
  • A proven successful track record in key account/project management and influencing key NHS customers.
  • Experience and knowledge in the rheumatology market, including biologics.
  • Demonstrated national and local NHS knowledge.
  • Demonstrated detailed product/competitor knowledge.
  • Experience in business planning and business case development.
  • Experience and knowledge of funding pathways and processes for higher-cost branded medicines.
