We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Access Specialist to join our UK & Ireland Dermatology team, covering South London & South East England.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals to amplify and strengthen the matching of UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients.
  • Tailor omni-channel tools to impact healthcare professionals based on individual preferences.
  • Define and execute an impactful tactical plan within territory of responsibility.
  • Provide efficient support to independent healthcare professionals to help them provide optimal care.
  • Coordinate stakeholder management in a community-based environment through two-way interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • Establish strong business relationships with healthcare professionals within assigned territory.
  • Match UCB therapeutic options with targeted healthcare professionals' patient populations by deploying a tailored approach and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare management experience, including ABPI examination.
  • Successful track record in key account/project management and influencing key healthcare customers.
  • Experience and knowledge of relevant disease areas, including Dermatology, Immunology, etc.
  • Demonstratable national and sub-national NHS knowledge, plus in-depth disease, market, and competitive intelligence expertise.
