Your Role

As the Facilities Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by proactively maintaining the hotel’s high standards. You will oversee all aspects of maintenance, including both proactive and reactive tasks, manage external contractors, and collaborate with hotel teams while adhering to the departmental budget.

In this role, you will also assist Heads of Departments to ensure that all staff are adequately trained in equipment usage and health & safety protocols within the hotel environment.
