Senior Contract Manager

**Job Summary**
FM Conway is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to join our Street Lighting division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing contracts and implementing street lighting and electrical works.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the planning and programming of works, including pre-contract site visits to determine project requirements.
- Manage and oversee the relevant street lighting contracts team, motivating them, dealing with any performance issues, and promoting the continual professional development of all key members of staff.
- Ensure that all site works are executed in a timely and cost-efficient manner while ensuring regular liaison with clients, public authorities, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Review and update Health and Safety Plans, Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, and Environmental Plans, ensuring that all new sites or new work orders have the appropriate documentation in place.
- Ensure portfolios and other documentation are maintained to the required industry standard and to retain accreditation to the relevant industrial bodies.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience in programming, H&S site-specific risk assessments, and good IT skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills and high business ethics are necessary.
- Certifications such as 210 G39, HEA/HERS Qualified Supervisor, HEA/HERS Authorised Officer, CSCS, SMSTS, and a full UK driving license are required.
