About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in scaffolding to join our clients team at ESD Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing contracts within the scaffolding industry and have experience working with NASC accredited companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage scaffolding contracts from inception to completion.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the scaffolding industry.
- Previous experience working with NASC accredited companies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
