Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at APT Talent Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts worth between £800k to 1 million in value.
Main Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Ensure that assigned contracts are delivered to the required operational and technical standards, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage and report on budgets and expenditure, ensuring that contracts are operated within financial constraints.
- Operational Excellence: Foster a positive working environment, lead and motivate teams, and ensure that all works and records are kept up-to-date and compliant with company procedures.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate commercial awareness, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and working with the team to achieve business objectives.
- Technical Skills: Ability to understand and communicate basic mechanical concepts and works, with a proven track record of managing account P&L for multiple contracts.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Commercial Skills: Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and work with the team to achieve business objectives.
