Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at APT Talent Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts worth between £800k to 1 million in value.
Main Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Ensure that assigned contracts are delivered to the required operational and technical standards, with a focus on safe and efficient service delivery.
- Health and Safety: Collaborate with H&S parties to ensure that all works on site are carried out in a safe manner, adhering to company protocols and escalating any incidents or queries to internal parties.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that contracts are operated in accordance with company procedures, operational and financial processes, client contract KPIs, and work instructions.
- Financial Management: Manage and report on budgets and their expenditure, ensuring that services are cost-effective and fit for purpose.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of works, compliance data, and other relevant information.
- Estimation Skills: Ability to accurately estimate HVAC work, with support from Department Management for complex issues or quotes.
- Account Management: Proven track record of managing account P&L for multiple contracts.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and foster a positive working environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate basic mechanical concepts and works.
- Commercial Awareness: Commercially astute, driven, and a self-starter, with the ability to meet and exceed performance and commercial targets.
