Geographical Coverage: Essex, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire

Compensation Package: £50,000 - £55,000 plus commission approximately £13,000

Employee Benefits: Choice of Tesla Model 3 or Y equivalent company vehicle or a £6,000 car allowance along with a comprehensive benefits package

The role of the Sales Manager for Specification in Lighting Products entails:

  • Leading specification sales efforts for a premium range of lighting solutions
  • Engaging primarily with local government bodies, healthcare organizations, M&E consultants, and contractors
  • Managing a well-established territory with an annual turnover of approximately £700k
  • Focusing on commercial projects including educational institutions and healthcare facilities
  • Building upon existing relationships while also pursuing new business opportunities
  • Open to candidates who may be slightly outside the specified region
