Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Educational Program Coordinator to serve as the essential liaison between educational institutions and our impactful initiatives.

About the Organization:
Our organization is a youth-focused charity that empowers young adults to address educational disparities through immersive social action experiences. Participants engage as mentors, tutors, and role models, positively influencing students in underprivileged communities.

Role Details:
This position offers two options: full-time (5 days a week) or part-time (3 days a week). The role is primarily school-based, with some administrative responsibilities conducted remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Educational Program Coordinator, you will:

  • Train, support, and develop volunteers.
  • Oversee program administration and data management.
  • Foster strong partnerships between schools and our organization.
  • Coordinate and evaluate volunteer-led activities.
  • Assist volunteers in their professional development journey.
