Are you an accomplished IT Program Coordinator with a talent for steering projects that not only fulfill but surpass quality benchmarks and client expectations? Nextech Group Ltd is in search of a proactive and skilled individual to guide and execute IT initiatives, ensuring effective communication, resource management, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


Project Oversight & Execution:
Supervise the complete lifecycle of IT initiatives, ensuring they adhere to quality assurance protocols and exceed client expectations. Apply industry best practices for project oversight.

  • Maintain transparent and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle to guarantee maximum client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with comprehensive project processes and recommend enhancements for improved delivery.
  • Financial Oversight: Administer project budgets proficiently.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to allocate resources effectively, understanding Work In Progress (WIP) across the area.
  • Issue Resolution: Address project escalations promptly until resolved.
  • Support the professional growth of project engineers.
  • Scope Definition: Develop project scopes of work, including out-of-scope elements, and ensure the completion of User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
  • Identify and manage out-of-scope tasks during project execution, collaborating with Account Managers and clients to expand scope and associated costs.
  • Partner with external contractors to ensure successful delivery of project scope.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments to gather technical insights and assist the sales team.
  • Ensure project goals and requirements are clearly defined and agreed upon by all team members.
  • Timely Approvals: Work with all teams to ensure prompt project approvals.
  • Contract Oversight: Manage contracts within the designated large education sector.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-5 years in a project management capacity, with a demonstrated history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.


  • Experience in team management and career development of team members.
  • Travel: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for local and regional travel.
  • Background Verification: Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
