Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Support Assistant to join a reputable educational institution focused on supporting children with special educational needs. This is a full-time position, operating from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

As a Special Educational Needs Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing individualized support to children in their learning and personal development.
  • Creating a safe and engaging environment conducive to learning.
  • Building strong relationships with students to foster comfort and trust.
  • Collaborating with fellow staff members to prioritize student progress.
  • Working closely with children on a one-on-one basis to help them reach their developmental goals.

Requirements:
  • Immediate availability to start.
  • A willingness to support children with special educational needs.
  • A valid CHILD ONLY DBS or a readiness to obtain one.
  • Experience working with children, with references available.
  • Residing locally or within a reasonable commuting distance.
