E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon and eBay Expert to join our team at Multibrands International Ltd. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on Amazon and eBay to maximize sales, visibility, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Platform Management: Manage and optimize our Amazon and eBay listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the e-commerce industry.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on Amazon and eBay.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics on Amazon and eBay, including sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings, improve search rankings, and drive overall performance on Amazon and eBay.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Amazon and eBay Expert or in a similar e-commerce role.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Amazon and eBay platforms, policies, and best practices.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and familiarity with other e-commerce platforms.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum depending on experience.
