Digital Product Lead

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Owner to lead our ecommerce department and drive customer journey optimization across our Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer journey is seamless and efficient, working closely with our design and development specialists to implement UX strategy and front-end changes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing UX testing strategies, including heatmapping and A/B testing
- Collaborating with the internal E-Commerce team to research competitors and gain insights
- Leading UX strategy for sites across mobile
- Managing large UX, Development, and Design teams
Requirements:
- Strong Project/Product Management experience in E-Commerce
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Excellent understanding of Customer and User Experience
- Ability to plan and execute UX testing strategies
