Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Make professional outbound telesales calls to targeted prospects and major accounts, securing appointments and generating new business.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to elicit enquiries, win new business, and reactivate previous customers.
- Master Products: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's diverse product ranges to engage customers intelligently and meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the internal sales team to generate accurate quotations and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
- Stay Organized: Keep meticulous notes and call records in the Hubspot CRM system, ensuring all correspondence is easily accessible and understood.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success as a telesales executive or in a similar role.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and telephone systems.
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Persistent & Resilient: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team Player: Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
