Human Resource Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our busy HR Team at Catherine Whyte Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and keen to succeed as part of a dynamic team, with the ability to think outside the box and provide administrative support to the People Team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing payroll support, gathering information, and data entry
  • Managing new starter processes, onboarding, and leavers
  • Managing the People Inbox
  • Responsible for all People Team Administration
  • Streamlining people administration processes
  • Supporting the organization of training and people meetings
  • Creating regular weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for the People Team
  • Maintaining accurate people records in relevant systems
  • Supporting people team-related training programs, workshops, and seminars
  • Ad-hoc projects for the People Team

The ideal candidate will have solid IT skills, strong communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to multitask. A confident problem solver with an understanding of HR or recruitment is highly desirable.

This is a full-time role, working 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch.
