Project Coordinator / Manager

Howells Solutions Limited is working with an established Fire & Security contractor operating across Yorkshire and the North-west. The Project Coordinator / Manager role is an office-based position with occasional travel to site when required.

The company specialises in active fire and security solutions, offering an unparalleled level of knowledge & service in this sector built up over the last 40 years of trading.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project specifications and estimates for handover.
  • Project planning and scheduling.
  • Communication with clients to arrange convenient appointments.
  • Resource Management in allocating and managing engineers.
  • Risk Management producing and ensuring RAMS are in place.
  • Quality Assurance monitoring project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Provide adequate and effective support for installation engineers.
  • Ensuring completion of reports and handover documentation to clients.
  • Report KPIs and review completed projects with account managers.
