Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at Teledyne UK Limited. As a Graduate RF Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom products, applying technical theory and practical methods to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic and RF circuits as part of a multi-functional team
  • Document and present designs to stakeholders
  • Transfer products from Engineering to Production
  • Produce high-quality documentation and technical reports
  • Contribute to design and project reviews, and liaise with other departments
  • Compile regular progress reports and technical reports, both verbal and written
  • Participate in Daily Stand-Up Meetings and communicate effectively with peers, managers, and junior staff
  • Foster and maintain good customer and supplier relations
  • Provide production support and fault-finding
  • Train Test Technicians and Senior Technicians/Technicians
  • Plan, implement, and coordinate own activities against objectives set by management
  • Meet project timescales and assist with customer returns

Requirements:

  • Degree/MSc in Engineering Disciplines: Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Communication Systems Engineering / RF Engineering / Systems Engineering
  • Understanding of Electronic Design/Manufacturing processes
  • Covered modules on RF Engineering - not essential
