Deputy Finance Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Deputy Finance Director to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Finance in the overall running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team management, delegation, and development of team members
  • Benchmarking and KPI tracking, as well as performance management
  • Review and renegotiation of contracts
  • Support the financial operations of various entities
  • Ensure smooth running of financial controls, processes, and systems
  • Work on the implementation and compliance of VAT, policies, and regulations
  • Lead, support, and motivate team members
  • Management reporting, including budgets, forecasts, and modeling
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Experience in financial analysis and advanced Excel skills
  • Management experience
  • Knowledge of process improvements and/or systems implementation
  • A high level of confidentiality
