Deputy Finance Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and qualified finance professional to join our team as Deputy Finance Director. This is a key role in our finance department, reporting to the Director of Finance and playing a crucial part in the leadership and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team management, delegation, and development
  2. Benchmarking and KPI tracking/performance management
  3. Review and renegotiate contracts
  4. Support the financial operations of various entities
  5. Ensure smooth running of financial controls, processes, and systems
  6. Work on the implementation and compliance of VAT, policies, and regulations
  7. Lead, support, and motivate
  8. Management reporting; budgets, forecasts, modelling
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  2. Experience in financial analysis, advanced Excel skills
  3. Management experience
  4. Knowledge of process improvements and/or systems implementation
  5. A high level of confidentiality
