As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Finance in the overall running of the department.

Responsibilities:

* Team management, delegation, and developing/upskilling
* Benchmarking and KPI tracking/performance management
* Review and renegotiate contracts
* Support the Financial operations of various entities
* Ensure smooth running of financial controls, processes, and systems
* Work on the implementation and compliance of VAT, policies and regulations
* Lead, support, and motivate
* Management reporting; budgets, forecasts, modelling

Requirements:

* Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
* Experience in financial analysis, advanced Excel skills
* Management experience
* Knowledge of process improvements and/or systems implementation
* A high level of confidentiality
