Are you an experienced and qualified finance professional with a track record of managing a team?

Huntress Search Ltd is seeking a Deputy Finance Director to join our client, a successful business based on the outskirts of Leatherhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance leader to join a newly restructured finance department and play a key part in the leadership and finance operations.

This role will be supporting the Director of Finance in the overall running of the department.

  1. Team management, delegation and developing/upskilling
  2. Benchmarking and KPI tracking / performance management
  3. Review and renegotiate contracts
  4. Support the financial operations of various entities
  5. Ensure smooth running of financial controls, processes and systems
  6. Work on the implementation and compliance of VAT, policies and regulations
  7. Lead, support, and motivate
  8. Management reporting; budgets, forecasts, modelling
The Ideal Candidate is someone with:
  1. Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  2. Experience in financial analysis, advanced excel skills
  3. Management experience
  4. Knowledge of process improvements and/or systems implementation
  5. A high level of confidentiality
