Service Engineer - Process Cooling Systems
In the role of Service Engineer specializing in Process Cooling Systems, you will engage with advanced technologies and sustainable solutions across a range of sectors. Your responsibilities will include the upkeep and servicing of industrial cooling systems, ensuring peak efficiency, and surpassing client expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on process equipment at client locations.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to chiller functionality, implementing effective resolutions.
- Facilitate the installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all service activities and keep detailed records using company-provided tools.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, promptly addressing inquiries and effectively meeting their needs.
- Comply with safety regulations, promote safe practices, and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Stay informed about advancements in process chiller technology and continuously enhance your skills in refrigeration systems and controls.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in mechanical or electrical service.
- Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications along with a valid driving license.
- Competence in computer systems and the ability to learn new software applications.
- Experience with refrigeration systems and the operation of pumps and heat exchangers.
