The Role: Workday Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Technical Lead to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, implementation, and support of our Workday system, ensuring its seamless integration with our business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical aspects of Workday implementations and upgrades, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Workday integrations with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the IT team on Workday configurations, customizations, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Workday releases and updates, evaluating their impact on our systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Workday Technical Lead or similar role, with a deep understanding of Workday functionality and architecture.
  • Strong technical skills in integration technologies, such as APIs and web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
