Your Role as a Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant at Telford Hall, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing compassionate personal care and hygiene assistance.
  • Supporting residents with mealtimes and daily activities.
  • Offering emotional support and companionship.
  • Encouraging residents to engage in hobbies, preferences, and abilities.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order within the home environment.
