We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Telford Hall Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, hygiene, and mealtime assistance
