About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse or RMN to join our team at Telford Hall Care Home. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the company's values and standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols
