About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Naomi House & Jacksplace, a leading UK charity providing palliative and end of life care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and young adults with complex health needs
  • Work autonomously and in conjunction with other professionals to make decisions and apply appropriate nursing interventions
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
  • Collaborate with the Director of Care and other senior leaders to shape the future of Naomi House & Jacksplace
  • Act as a senior clinical leader and expert within the organization, providing guidance and support to other care teams and professionals
Requirements
  • Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with experience working with children and young adults
  • Proven ability to demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and sound clinical expertise and knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Drive and determination to contribute to service improvements and meet the needs of service users

  • Competitive salary range: £53,755 - £60,504
