**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Marketing Executive to join our team at Media IQ Recruitment. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing strategy of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing the marketing strategy of the business.
  • Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, providing insights and suggestions on enhancing the campaign journey.
  • Maintain the email distribution lists and report on campaign stats.
  • Conduct day-to-day maintenance and updating of the corporate website, including content writing, design, SEO improvements, and lead generation ideas.
  • Identify ways to improve the promotion and market awareness of clients' services, including website optimization, pay-per-click, free trials for services, and report samples.
  • Assist with content creation and distribution of press releases and blogs, and develop and maintain new and current journalist relations.
  • Manage the company's social media channels, driving traffic back to the company website and generating leads.
  • Support the sales team with artwork requests for both offline and online collateral.
  • Monitor, track, and report on the performance of the company website and social media channels.
  • Support the design and delivery of company events and conferences.
  • Identify and source potential clients within new markets to deliver targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Assist with ad hoc duties such as administrative and creative tasks.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in innovative marketing and marketing communications.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (preferable Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of CMS websites (preferable Umbraco).
  • Understanding of HTML code and website design.
  • Able to demonstrate a good understanding and application of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Creative writing experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Quality-focused.
  • Degree-educated – either in Marketing or English.
  • Digital Marketing qualification an advantage.
