Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and CRM Executive to join our team at Stonor Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our CRM and email marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement a comprehensive CRM and email marketing strategy.
  • Run email marketing campaigns via HubSpot, helping to manage prospects through the funnel.
  • Analyse key performance indicators and provide recommendations for more engaging content and ideas for general brand awareness.
  • Occasionally update and maintain the company website and landing page.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with significant working knowledge of HubSpot.
  • Bags of initiative and creativity, with a strong ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ideally, at least a basic HubSpot qualification.
