Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our Front Office Team as an Assistant Night Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the Night Manager in the running of the hotel, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Be present in the lobby and reception during peak times, providing a warm welcome to our guests and supporting your team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and staff management skills.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety and security procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
