Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Support Assistant to join our team at a vibrant, inclusive school in London. As an Autism Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism, working closely with experienced SEN staff to create a positive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with autism in a 2-form entry inner-London primary school
  • Work collaboratively with experienced SEN staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and their families
  • Contribute to a safe, stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth

Requirements:

  • 2:1 degree (minimum) and experience working with children with special needs
  • Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and their families
  • Positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Commitment to fostering a safe, stimulating learning environment
