We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to join our team. In this role, you will be working closely with children who have ASD, providing them with the support they need to thrive in a mainstream educational setting. Your role will be integral to helping our students overcome challenges and achieve their academic and personal goals.
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by children with ASD and the ability to implement effective strategies to support their learning.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational programs for students with ASD.
• Collaborate with the SENCO, teachers, and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s development.
