About the Role:

The Client Implementation Group at Aviva Investors is seeking a Project Manager to become a vital part of our team. This role will focus on the onboarding of new clients, both in the UK and internationally, across a diverse array of investment strategies. The selected candidate will oversee all facets of project management related to the onboarding process, engaging with various internal and external stakeholders to guarantee a successful client launch and experience. You will play a proactive role in coordinating the new business pipeline and driving strategic initiatives within the team. We are in search of a candidate who can exhibit exceptional leadership and project management capabilities to supervise all workstreams necessary for launching investments, while evaluating risks and impacts as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating and disseminating regular, effective communications to stakeholders through meetings and clear project documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage intricate projects involving multiple external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SharePoint platforms
  • Previous experience in transitions is advantageous
  • Proficient in conveying technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data critically
