The Role: Service Design & Transition Manager

As the Service Design & Transition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the delivery of exceptional managed services. You will be responsible for establishing robust processes and frameworks that ensure high quality, consistency, and efficiency throughout the service lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Thought Leadership & Strategy: Contribute to the development and refinement of our Managed Service Design and Transition strategy.
  • Process Development & Standardization: Create standardized templates for Service Design, Transition, and Acceptance processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Service Lifecycle Management: Oversee all aspects of the service lifecycle, from discovery and design to transition and ongoing operations.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to the Service Design & Transition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Business Development Support: Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and insights on managed service offerings.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience in ITIL service processes, including Service Design, Transition, and Operations.
  • Strong understanding of service design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing service transition plans.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
