Job Summary:
Creative Support is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branded Content Manager to lead our team of support staff at our Supported Accommodation service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to enable individuals with mental health needs to live as independently as possible and be part of their community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Directly lead the team and be responsible for the line management of team members.
- Person-Centred Care: Provide person-centred care and support to enable individuals with mental health needs to live as independently as possible and be part of their community.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals and agencies to provide a coordinated personalised service, which meets the identified needs of individuals, promotes their recovery and maintains their quality of life.
Requirements:
- Experience: Good understanding and experience in the field of mental health.
- Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality support.

- Training and Development: Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
