Luxury Sales Advisor

In this dynamic role, you will oversee one of our premier locations, driving sales performance and key performance indicators through a high-achieving team.
Your focus will be on delivering an outstanding level of personalized service to our clientele, utilizing your extensive product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and surpass their expectations. A genuine passion for our offerings and a commitment to providing a world-class client experience are essential. You will mentor and develop our team towards excellence while ensuring that brand standards are upheld and all operational responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Deliver a premium selling experience to all clients, showcasing exceptional product knowledge and expertise.
- Confidently make recommendations to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Drive and achieve both individual and team goals, taking accountability for your own sales results and KPIs.
- Demonstrate a passion for the industry and stay informed on current trends.
- Proactively engage with clients to foster customer loyalty.
- Communicate with clients regarding new product ranges and in-store events.
- Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with the store and brand teams.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising within the store.
- Exhibit exceptional personal grooming in accordance with company standards at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and other operational tasks.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by positively promoting the product and company image.
- Lead by example to support and coach the sales team.
- Collaborate with the store management team.
- Build strong relationships with brand representatives.
- Contribute as a team player, participating in all activities to achieve store objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Champion our company culture and values.
All candidates must demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Experience in leading a team within a retail setting.
- Background in luxury retail or tailoring is preferred.
- Possess a positive and motivational mindset, capable of driving team performance.
