Job Summary:

A leading financial services firm, Tay Associates Ltd, is seeking a highly organized and professional Guest Services Manager to join their Support team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Switchboard and manage internal meeting rooms to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate logistics, including lunches, couriers, and taxis, to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Meet and greet clients, providing exceptional customer care and ensuring the delivery of world-class service.
  • Set up A/V equipment, order business cards, and process expenses in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with building maintenance and work with the Support team to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Program door passes, ensure office safety, and coordinate maintenance staff to resolve issues promptly.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience with the ability to provide a distinct visitor experience.
  • 3+ years' experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in financial services, private equity, or private credit.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Sharp prioritization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates a commercial mindset.
