Commission Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commission Manager to design, implement, and administer compensation plans that effectively incentivize, measure, and reward the performance of our Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Refine Compensation Plans: Create and update Sales compensation plans globally to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
- Reporting and Analytics: Define and deliver reporting packages and requirements to Sales and Revenue executives, providing insights into sales trends, ratios, and KPIs.
- Payroll Operations: Ensure timely communication of commissions to meet Payroll Operations deadlines.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Sales leadership and FP&A to continuously improve commission plans through regular budget vs actual analysis, strategic financial insights, and recommendations.
- Change Management: Communicate plans and drive change management programs with Sales leadership, Revenue operations, and People partners.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and compensation, preferably in sales operations, revenue operations, or finance in SaaS companies.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of data, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex problems, taking a broad and long-term perspective to identify solutions.
