Heathrow Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Ocean Import Clerk to join their team. As an Ocean Import Clerk, you will be responsible for handling ocean import shipments from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with shipping lines and customers to ensure timely and efficient import shipments.
  • Prepare and submit customs entries for ocean imports.
  • Manage FCL and LCL shipments, including booking and arranging deliveries and collections.
  • Process billing for VAT and duty.
  • Liaise with the operational team to ensure smooth import operations.
  • Review KPIs with the branch manager to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in ocean imports.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
