About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Specialist to join our Business Change Team at Cumbria Constabulary. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of organisational projects and reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and validate data to inform business change decisions and potential impacts.
  • Provide data quality assurance and support the effective delivery of policing services through the development and implementation of change.
  • Identify and scope areas requiring review, including process improvement, structure changes, and data quality.
  • Collaborate with the Business Change Sergeant and Advisors to deliver business change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of organisational objectives and priorities.
  • Experience within a business change role is desired.
  • Ability to travel around all areas of the county and work from various deployment bases as required.
  • Enhanced vetting requirements to MV standard.
  • Passing of the excel-based Analyst Test.
